2. Our Service

GigaPlayer enables users to access and play media from their own playlists and compatible third-party services, including M3U/M3U8, Xtream-compatible systems and Stalker/Ministra-compatible portals.

GigaPlayer does not provide or sell television channels, movies, playlists, content subscriptions or streaming content.

3. Information We Process

Depending on the features used, we may process:

• Device identifiers used for activation and licensing.
• Device model, application version and technical information.
• IP addresses and limited connection or security logs.
• License status, activation dates and expiry dates.
• Email addresses and account information provided by users.
• Payment references, transaction status and billing information where required.
• Playlists, server addresses and service credentials provided by users when using online playlist management or synchronization.
• Support requests and related communications.

Information entered locally on the television is intended to remain on that device unless the user chooses a feature requiring transmission or synchronization.

4. How We Use Information

• Synchronize media sources where requested.

5. Playlists and External Services

Users are responsible for adding media sources that they are authorized to access.

When users choose online playlist management, their configuration data and any submitted access credentials may be processed by GigaPlayer servers for the requested functionality.

6. Payments

GigaPlayer may offer paid application licenses. Payment processing may be performed by authorized external payment providers.

We intend not to store full payment card numbers or card security codes on GigaPlayer servers. Transaction references and information necessary for licensing, accounting and support may be retained.

7. Information Sharing

We may share necessary information with hosting providers, payment processors, technical service providers and competent authorities where required by law.

We do not sell users' personal information.
